EISENHOWER MATRIX INTERFACE
The ES Matrix is a highly efficient tool for optimizing and prioritizing tasks. Our research on micro-task delegation models has enabled us to assign a priority label to each task based on team goals. We have developed a new UI that can assist large enterprise teams in collaborating to prevent large-scale cloud incidents.
